Where is the best position to place google ads in forum?

Hello,
I was wondering what is the best position to place google ads in promotion forums like FP?
Beside that my questions are also
How many would you prefer to have in a page?
Does making the google ads transparent increase the click percentage or not?
Would you prefer image or text ads?

Why you choosed your answered? and have you been through any experienced with them? if so how much do you earn monthly?

I can't say I'm experienced in ads on forums, but I've seen some Romanian forums based on promotion and heard that their admins were winning some good incomes. The ads were after the first post and in the header. All three Google ads were used but the design wasn't altered or deteriorated a bit.

It depends on the size of the ads. I prefer seeing ads either on the header or side of the forum.

The Area under the post title for each post is usually best for me on my blog.

On forums the header, and in between your first and second post are best for individual topics.

It's best in the header, preferably on the right side.
