Hey guys and ladies, how are you doing?Long time no see...
I am about to sell a website i own, mentioned here before, g2f.net (stands for Going 2 Fly) a travel blog. Domain name was Registered On January 17, 2002 means 11 years old, soon 12! Has about 140 unique articles and was going pretty good until 2 months ago when i stopped working on it full time and only guest authors periodically post now.
During summer i had about 13 EUR profit from adsense with about 1-1.2 K visitors only, it could be better.

I don't wish to continue with it any longer though i am ashamed to admit i didn't give my best shot.
Now, i face an issue where should i list it for sale.
I have tried flippa in the past but...although i had the for-sale website underpriced back then,,nah didn't go good. Not what i expected from a marketplace that you pay to list a website..

Godaddy marketplace looks crappy to me too... so, should i go and post in webmaster forums?

Flippa is probably your best shot, but also try forums like this.

If you want to list for free then the digitalpoint martletplace is pretty good.

Although now you have to have 3 likes from "established members" now, In order to post in the marketplace :/

I am giving a try the afternic.com marketplace. If things don't go as expected i'll go with webmaster forums..

afternic is good, Ive used it quite often. its commission rates are fair as well

You should try selling your website at digital point forums.

Yeah- that did kill off activity on the marketplace for no apparent benefit.

Well, they claim that it improved site activity and the quality of the marketplace, which I can see the benefit of if that's true.

Well, i checked the digital point forums, seems a good alternative though i don't see many websites..SOLD...
Afternic is kinda average after all, i wrote a good description..and it doesn't even accept spaces! I mean look how it appears! https://www.afternic.com/domain/g2f.net it's crappy 😡

If you go to the page 4 or so then a number of the sites have sold (probably a higher percentage than Flippa). I have never failed to sell a website on DigitalPoint. You just need a fair price and a good selling thread.
