Is there a post that shows exactly what you earn and how?

Also how is the Packages sorted out as regards to the cash settlement?

You get 2 forum cash per post and 5 per topic you make. There is a package team that deals with the package requests and if you request one they package team leader or any other team leader can remove the right amount of cash from your forum account. It will usually say in information topics in the forums of the service how much it costs to use the service so just look out for them, but this will help more.
