I'm thinking of making a few mini websites. My first is called Where To Promote? I was wondering if I should continue with it?

Well I noticed that the site loads very slowly.
You may want to consider changing hosts, or installing Cloudflare (it seriously improves the speed... www.cloudflare.com)

I could see this turning into a really good top site if you develop it well - but a TLD would be worth investing in if you want to go ahead with that.

With the boxes, I'd randomly display a square image ad for sites that submit their site to you. It would be a nice feature to have for sites.

You should work on your SEO as the more traffic you get, the more people will want to have their site shown there.

I really like the colors and the whole feel of the site. I definitely think you should continue with it - but you definitely need to beef up on content. Have a huge list of websites people can promote their sites on. I'd definitely use a site like this - I've no idea how to get started with promotion! And it'd be a big help. So yep, continue on 🙂
