administratorforums.com is really long without doubt, although it has good key terms.
admin-forums.com is shorter, but that dash is not good.

I'm going to say: administratorforums.com as you can focus on the "administrator forum" SERP keyword.

In my opinion you should use the admin-forums.com, only drawback is the dash but I think it's a more marketable, shorter domain.

I think administratorrums.com but I think you'd be better off to use admin-forums.com as it is easy to remember.

Use administratorforums.com as your main domain, and make a portal page on admin-forums.com. Advertise them both and get them both in Google. Zero traffic lose, better sounding main domain.
