As a webmaster or forum owner, there will always be a long list of jobs to do, whether spam clean up or optimizing your forum tables; making back ups of the forum; adding or merging subforums or even content creation and staff management. So which forum jobs take priority for you? And, which jobs are you likely to finish first, the ones that take the least time or the ones that offer biggest benefit to your forum?

Clearing the forum of spam and making it aesthetically pleasing are my top 2 priorities.

Doing mod duties - i.e moving topics, deleting any spam and other mod tools (if required)

I would then check if any members are having any errors/problems with the forum. I would try my best to fix them.

I don't have any set agenda and do jobs according to their importance.

This. Most days there is nothing to do except interact with the community. 🙂

It depends on what needs actually doing, but generally before I do anything else I'll always check out all the new posts on the board and reply to stuff. At least then while I'm doing other things I've left something for other members to read and reply to in the meantime.

Both of these. I'd do @ForumSource's first and then move on to what @Mikaya said. 🙂
