Which Forum Would you join?

Hello all, I am trying to get my forum out there and am really just looking if it is comparable to other forums out there? Insect.net.com is a cool site, and a good community. Really just curious if people think they look equally as nice.

I like the theme green on the secound but the domain is better on the first. why no you merged it together?

Why haven't we brought them together? Is that what you are asking? I like there admin, and the site is just fine. I am even a member there. However in a way my site is a competitive site, and I doubt he would like the idea of me advertising my forum there. I would like to bring all the insect sites together as I am looking to bring the hobby together. But my forum Is still small, so a person can't blame a guy for not wanting to do so.

Sounds like an competition, Try and build up the content and add things that he hasn't in his website

I am trying to add cool widgets, paid for it to be ad free, chat room, and a good domain.

Activity, content, user interaction, features and so forth.

To get ahead you cant win alone on better features. But how you using those features is the main thing.

Get new interesting content. Content that makes discussion and interaction with the members.

Yes, and thank you. Mind i am not trying to take traffic from his forum. I like there Admin and the community. I am just looking to build mine up as well. I treat all of my members very well and try to keep things going as much as possible. I also have some really cool members that I owe a lot to for helping me get things going and getting as far as I have.

The first forum looks good and better with a clean design and eye soothing color. I would prefer joining it first.

I think you should add more color because It look a bit boring. if you want to make some profits from it, I think you also put some banner for advertising but avoid making it too big affecting on display 🙂
