Which Free hosting do you recommend?
can you tell a List of free hosting?

Only one I've used is ZetaBoards (InvisionFree too but I wouldn't recommend it when ZetaBoards is its successor) which I'd say is pretty decent. I've used it for years and never had any problems with it that make me wish I was on a different host.

Dude, not Zeta, i'm talking about free hosting that provides FTP details, Mysql manager... not just a free forum hosting.

Your original post didn't elaborate on which you were referring to. All the free hosts I've used are no longer online since they've since shut down. If you try Gigatoid, they may be able to work something out with you. I got free hosting with them. 😉

I have used 000webhost before, and they're alright for a free host. There's also bytehost, another free hosting that comes to mind. I have also used them before and haven't experienced any issues with either one. However both don't have cPanel and use Vista Panel instead. Of course you might want to check out both of their websites to get a better understanding of what they offer and see if they fit your needs. Another free hosting site I found while searching on Google is Freehosting.com, and from what I've read on their website they do offer cPanel but I've never used them before...

My mistake. I thought by free host you meant somewhere to host a forum for free and took that as wanting free forum hosts, not just hosts that let you host any website for free in general.

I've tried 000webhost (to host my wiki) and they used to be ok if you can forgive random downtimes of 15-30 minutes at a shot at random times (bare in mind this was in 2012)... But then I ran into an issue where their servers were blocking a member of my site from being able to access. They couldn't help fix the issue at all. The only thing they told me was to upgrade to a paid solution. But I figured if I was going to pay for hosting that I didn't want to use a service that was this unreliable and chance something like this happening again.

After that they started putting popup ads on their pages and it was pretty bad.

x10hosting I had nothing but problems with when I was with them in February 2012. A downtime due to resource limits being hit then not resetting properly. Plus poor customer support on top of it. (It took over 2 weeks for them to reply to my ticket and to fix the issue. The whole time my website was offline. Even when they replied and said it was fixed, it still took another 2 days for the issue to actually get fixed. And even then it only lasted for about an hour before the issue occurred again and I was locked out for 2 more days.)

I've also tried Serversfree, which was ok (aside from the random downtimes of like 15-20 minutes at a shot)... but they delete accounts if you don't login every so often.
Though I also never used them very much after I had the downtimes and I moved to paid hosting not too long afterwards.
I don't know if they even exist now or not. If they do, you could give them a shot I guess.

However, a word of warning...
Don't use free web hosts to run your forum on. It will not work well. Those hosts are typically not optimized to handle forums and will go under pretty quickly once you start using them (especially if you start adding plugins). At best they are good for testing how a plugin may work before putting it on a live host. At worst they are filled with downtime and headaches. And given how full they tend to pack servers... their exact performance is highly unstable.

If you're looking to run a forum on a free host then definitely consider a free forum host (like Jcink Forum Hosting or IcyBoards) rather than a free web host. Free Forum Hosts are optimized for hosting forums and won't die out on you. Though as a tradeoff there are some things you can't do (like create your own custom plugins to install or integrate wordpress sites or things like that).

If you're only looking to host a few small webpages or something like that then they may be ok. But still don't expect much from them.

If you are going to go with free hosting I almost recommend a post to host. The quality of support and hosting tends to be a bit better.

With that being said you can get some really cheap hosting these days which I would recommend over a free host any day assuming the host is good.

I would strongly recommend against using a post to host. I've seen many of them just vanish from existence overnight.

Would recommend x10hosting so far have had 99% uptime over about a year now. You also get cpannel x3 iirc and unlimited bandwith.

Stay away from 000webhost at all costs.

I disagree, free Forum Hosting don't allow me to customize my forum fully, even though it is free to.
