Which Gum Shield/Mouth Guard is good?

I am looking for a gum shield for martial arts. I am wondering if anyone has any recommendation for good brands or models.

I tried the Shock Doctor Gum Shield V 1.5 and Opro Silver Gum Shield. The Shock Doctor one is okay but feels a bit cheap and I couldn't mould the Opro one properly so it doesn't fit in my mouth.

Its a mouth guard.

They'd last all football season if you didn't chew on them too much.

I tried Opro mouthguards and they seem quite good for the boil and bite ones. Custom made ones are always the best but I recommend Opro if you go for boil and bite gumsheilds.
