Which is better: Dedicated Cpu or equal share?

Is it better to have dedicated cores that are guaranteed to you OR equal share? Where there is no set restriction on the CPU usage so if you need a little more...you have it.

Of course on Equal share, someone theoretically use too much cpu and wind up using more than they should and could affect you as well.

I am trying to debate if for the same price is Dedicated CPU better than Equal share?

While it is good dedicated what happens if you need more?

In my experience, dedicated CPU is better. Some idiot will always balk up the shared CPU thing.

A dedicated CPU is much more better in terms of performance and also for experience. It will be much for beneficial to pay for a dedicated CPU rather waste it on a shared one.

Yeah that's what I was thinking as well, tbh. I was concerned that what happens if I need MORE for a short time but my dedicated amount isn't enough.

How many users can access a site on like 3 cores? Like one member at a time or what exactly? That's why I was thinking equal share is better as it likely won't cause issues.

Depends on GHz and stuff. On 3 cores at 2.3GHz, it's reasonable to assume you can get a few thousand MySQL queries a second out of it.
