I been using Sun's free Virtualbox, and I like it since when it is pretty easy to virtualize Linux distros and Windows 2000, XP in Vista.

It does not seem to use a lot of RAM or CPU resources.

VMware player free version works pretty well for my basic VM needs.

I use both VMware and VirtualBox, see no difference between the two, both good virtual environments.

Neither do I... They seem pretty close if you ask me 😛.

With virtual box 3.0 out, vmware and virtual box are basically tied.

Virtual box ftw. Not only does it work on Windows, but on Linux too! 🙂

I'll say Virtual PC 2007, because it's the only one I use. Brings back so many memories when running Windows 98 and 2000 on it 😀
