The server will automatically serve up the index file, so you don't need to include it in your URL.

What's more important is whether you include a www or not.

Since your domain is made up of three words, combined, I'd advertise it without the www part.

Whichever way you decide to promote your domain (with/without www), make sure you stick with it.
