Really depends on what the brand is. Second if they're in anything digital as their field IMO, first if they're in fashion/arts etc. They're both phenomenal though, but I'd need to know more about the company.

Depends on the company, however I LOVE the black one, so if I had to choose I think black one would be best.

They both are simple, professional and well designed. I think it really depends on the company and how they are going to use it. For print, though, I'd go with black.
