Can anyone advise me which phpBB3 skin is best for a forum?

There are so many good ones, it is hard to choose sometimes.

The best skin for a forum really depends on the subject of a forum... For sports forums lighter styles are better and for gaming forums usually darker skins are better although for some games like Animal Crossing lighter skins are better suited.

Yeah it's very, very hard to choose what site skin is best. Just use the sites Efc gave you and you should find on you like.

I would not use the AcidTech skins - they're used so much.

Dont copy off other sites with the same theme as yours either. For example, dont make a sports forum and use the same skin as a larger one uses...
