You should post more information, like what you have done to try and make them link that hasn't worked. Also maybe check their official support forums for FAQs.
Have you entered the login details correctly, the hash generated via WHM into WHMCS? Those are the key factors that make it work, so one is wrong. Also the IP and hostname.
