Host Gator is who I use. The prices are fair, the service is great, and I have yet to have any downtime.

My forum is hosted with Hostgator and no complaints thus far, but I heard from another forum owner that Hostgator randomly suspended/deleted their forum because it was using to much CPU usage, and it was only receiving about 500 visits a day.
