Who is your forums aimed at?
Why did you create your forums? Was it for people who live in the US? UK? EU? etc..? Males? Females? Young? or Old?
My forums was created for all ages and genders from the UK then once ive got a nice user base expand to the world.
all ages and gender for hockey fans and sports fans.
I made my forum for fans of Call of Duty: Black Ops. Doesn't matter what age, gender, or race.
All ages and genders, specifically targeting people seeking support in the areas of technology, but also proficients also have places to visit as well.
My forum is for all ages. Anybody who's into general chat, basically. I've been getting this question asked of me a lot and because of that I now have a explanation to go with my adverts so that people know exactly who we're aiming towards.
I created my forum once I got things in life somewhat under control, to keep in touch with the old community from previous forums.
Its aimed at no audience specifically, anyone is welcome.
Essentially we aim for UK young males, but anyone is welcome and often that's not the only demographic we attract
We generally attract males from between 15-40 who enjoy football.
Like Jonathan though, anyone's allowed to join though, and we could use some people who don't follow that demographic.
Originally made it for Mario Kart fans.
Now it's the general community, though I usually market it towards teens/young adults in western cultures (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc).
People into web development and related subjects.
My forum is aimed at writers in their mid teens to mid twenties, who write primarily in English. It's not exactly a niche group, but we manage. 🙂
