Who would like a post exchange forum?

Who would like an forum made to focus just on post/topic/blog exchanges and flushing out that area of forum management duties? I was thinking having various different section for different type of exchanges (short, medium, active) and allowing those who conduct high quality exchanges to build reputation and once they reach certain members their memberships will update and they will become 'recommended exchange members' and have their exchanges highlighted and/or receive added posts from staff members from every exchange they complete.

Just thought of the idea just now, wanted to know if anyone liked it or would get use out of it.

I think it could be useful and would be a nice counterpart to the "Feedback Exchange" community, though obviously more like 'Post Exchange' or something. I'd say it's be pretty successful if you wanna go for it.

Well, I actually made a posts exchange site. Not based on forums, but a self-coded script/system to do post exchange. However, it did not went well and thus.. not active at all.

Sounds like a decent idea to me. The only hard part is getting it active and driving traffic to a new forum.

It was working at the time I post. Well, I stopped paying for hosting since it is not active anymore.
