Number Of Members: (2/10)
Your forum has been open for 20 days and, in that time, you have managed to get a total of 31 members, which I feel is very poor. You need to do a lot more work on promoting your forum. A way of doing this is getting a FP Package - see that forum for more details. At the moment, the packages staff are not accepting requests, though. Keep checking the Packages Forum regularly and request a package when they are open, this will help you get a good few more posting members on your forum. You should try to advertise your forum wherever possible. I always find that Promotion Forums are the best place to advertise. There is a good list of different Promotion Forums here:

Your forum appears to be quite active. The vast majority of your members have actually posted on your forum and that is a great achievement! You need to continue to keep all of your members posting, and you can do this by creating some form of competition with a nice prize for the winner. Well done and keep it up!

Your 31 members have made a total of 476 posts, which is brilliant! The only problem that I see though is that the administrator of the forum has made about ¼ of those posts. Although the activity on your forum is good, there is room for improvement. Advertising your forum more should simply improve your forum in that respect. You could also maybe send out a mass email in the coming days to remind the members that joined when your forum first opened about your forum.
Appearance (First Impressions): (10/20)
The appearance of your forum in my opinion is average, that is why I have only given you half marks. Your forum looks fairly nice, although it is very basic. You need to try and make the template look a little more appealing by adding a better range of colours, you forum is just grey with a bit of black at the moment. Boring! Your banner looks decent, although I know that did actually come with your template. You have added this light blue and white thing to your banner which looks well and truly awful! Try to either make a logo that fits in well with your template or request a logo from the brilliant FP Graphics team.
Layout: (16/20)
I don’t see too much wrong with your layout, although I do feel that you have too many forums that are hardly used. Try getting rid of some of your unused forums to make it look more active and just use your ‘Other’ section for those forums. One final thing that I can pick up on, your ‘Introductions’ forum is in the centre of your forum for some weird reason. You should put it right up towards the top as it is where new members will look first when they join. In general, though, your layout is good.
Moderation: (1/10)
Your forum is well moderated and everything but I have given you an extremely low mark because you have far too many staff members. It is laughable! Your forum is just 20 days old, why the hell do you need 6 administrators??? And then, on top of that, you have 2 moderators. I just do not understand your thinking at all picking 6 administrators for a forum that is as unpopular as yours. Ridiculous!

Spelling and Grammar: (2/10).
Nearly all of your staff members not use correct spelling and grammar for the majority of the time. The staff members that I have picked up on for this are Empathy, Shotgun202, Takeover, Emish20, PcGuy, EnZo and Toniblab.
