I have a cloud server with Digital Ocean. 🙂 Pretty good, although not a shared hosting plan, so you may not be interested. I recommend HawkHost for shared hosting.

Always ran into problems with hostgator especially when we ran up our server resources with a some scripts, so they'd shut down our scripts without even notice even though we had a dedicated server. I've been with Liquidweb for the past few years and I love how amazing their support team is, plus, how fast they are to answer support tickets.
