My mom and her sisters loved watching soap operas!! I never really got into them, but it was easy to catch up when I was home sick and forced to watch them LOL

My mom was an avid viewer of "Days of Our Lives". One of her favorite characters was Sammy.

My mom watched that back in the 60s and early 70s but mostly she loved General Hospital.

Lol my mom loved Days of Our Lives too! My father and I would always make fun of the characters on the show. She also loved Passions too, and man him and I had such a fun time making fun of the character Timmy on that show and then the chimp named Precious. She stopped watching Passions right before it went off the air though, she thought the show was getting too weird.

My mother was all about Days of Our Lives, General Hospital, and many other ones. I remember coming home from school and she would be talking about what happened and all that. She still watches many of them still to this day and nothing has changed. Ha
