I've always thought that if you want help with something, you have to pose your questions in a clear way and manner.
Be specific to what you want help with and be realistic too. Like, not everyone can help you since they might not know how to.
At worst, the worst people can do is give you some general advice. But at best, the best they can do is give specific answers.
But that will only happen if you ask a specific question.
I have read your question in your intro thread that Hacked has linked to.
It seems you want to know how to spam forums with your link?
That's basically what it looks like you are asking.
Now, if you just join any forum and start posting links, obviously they are going to ban you because you are spamming.
I would have thought that much is pretty clear to you?
When using forums for link building and promotion it doesn't work like that mate!
You first need to establish yourself on those forums and earn some respect and credibility.
Actually get to know those people that post there the most, the mods and admin alike.
Get in their good books first and then, later on, you can post links and they will maybe stick.
I cannot give you any better advice than this! But this is something you will need to learn when it comes to using forums for that reason.
