You said you don't agree with racism, yet you proceed to spew racist comments throughout the rest of your brainless rant. You have no idea what you're talking about and you may be the most uneducated person I've came across on the internet.

It's not demographics making people mean, it's stupidity. You have done a great job of proving that.

So when people are constantly teasing me for being Jewish (which I'm not by the way) simply cause I disagree with racism etc., is that stupidity? I've encountered that so much in my life from family, peers, etc.. Basically, in my home area, I have been thrown out of a church, mocked at a community college, basically burned at the stake! Why? Cause I am vocal about simply not being racist - and maybe bad socialization skills - but that's beside the point!

People are generally mean because of their own insecurities, also it can be the way people are brought especially things to do with race or religion.

Well, it's pretty serious and it's insecurity - but it's also hate! I mean, a few little jokes would show insecurity - but massive joking, teasing, and bullying would indicate a problem!

Like if someone said, 'OK you're obsession with martial arts and Japan is a little silly", then OK fine. But being heckled as though you're an idiot for liking that stuff is different.

I don't know if this is directly related. I have an uncle who was mean to almost everyone. His remarks on simple matters like the hairdo or the clothes were stabbing. That's why even relatives try to avoid him at all times. He was not like that when I was younger and people just say that it may be to old age. However, it was later discovered that he had cancer of the intestines. That there was pain inside him that he was trying to hide. And his outlet was the sarcastic remarks on people that maybe he was trying to solicit attention. Well, he passed away some years back and everything was forgiven.

But of course, that's not mean (sarcasm). It's constructive criticism!
