High visibility doesn’t always mean engagement. What causes users to bounce quickly? How do you design content that satisfies search intent and encourages interaction?

I try to create threads that spark a debate or helpful guides. Also, replying to threads and engaging with members helps give the content a boost, and encourges further replies.

Controversial topics can help get an active discussion going.

Repeating topics that got a lot of replies is another way to do it. You just want to make it unique somehow to ensure ifs not duplicated content.

Depends of the quality of the content. I would recommend taking a look at the LearningSEO website, and it'll give you a better idea on to design content that satisifies search intent and encourages interaction. Asking your user's questions helps as well along with debate topics, if you want to go that route.

Every niche is different, so it's hard to say what'll work for your niche and what won't.

You can rank well if your post is unique and not saturated, traffic/visit is related to real value, which happens only when your content is interesting to your target audience

Truthfully, I find it hard to get any of my threads to rank well. The niche I’m in is extremely competitive, and the top sites I’m up against have millions of posts and years of authority behind them. Breaking through in search results definitely isn’t easy.
