Why it does not appear?

but i always got this problem. once i put anything related to install in the root directory.. it will give me this..

Warning
Please delete, move or rename the install directory before you use your board. If this directory is still present, only the Administration Control Panel (ACP) will be accessible.

I am not registered or an admin, thats why I asked you.

I'm not sure. From this point I would contact the mod author or download a later version.

Im a bit tired. Sorry I coulden't fix it.

You get that error because you've got the /install directory present, phpBB does this because they've set it so if the directory is present it removes access to the board as your whole board could be screwed if someone goes to /install so they don't want your losing data.

Your ACP is still accessible though. You'll need to run the install file, then delete the install file for your board to be fully operational (this is if the mod needs to run the install folder's contents.)

He did that and it gave him the error I saw..

But i cant find the install file in the mods folder?

because the install.php file is not in the root directory.. but you can see that my who was here was not properly shown..
 
It's not install.php it's install/index.php, upload exactly as the mod gives you. Anyway im going to shut up now cause I already broke my oath :evil:
 
Lol.. ok then.. i will go over to PS.. to continue..

install/index.php <- install is the folder? index.php is the file inside the folder install. so i just drag the whole folder to the root directory?
 
To delete members:

1. Go to your ACP

2. Go to the "Users and Groups" tab

3. In the sidebar, click "Manage users" (Should already be there when clicked Users and Groups

4. Type the username in the text box

5. Scroll down and there should be a "Delete User" checkbox

6. Retain Posts means that the username you're going to delete posts will be view as guest posted it. Delete Posts means that all the posts the user created will be deleted.

Do you still need help? I pretty sure The Hat Tipper explained it pretty clearly.
