If this is true, you may want to put an end to it. All it takes is one @spam report against you for spamming updates, and you can kiss your account goodbye.

Just a friendly reminder, since I've seen alot of innocent people accidently post the same update twice and get banned for it.

Tons and tons of users do that. You should see all of the users I'm following that do it except they are worse than me.
