Will I be able to get this domain?

Basically, before I bought LevelUnlocked.net, I wanted LevelUnlocked.com, but someone saw a discussion about it on my forum and sniped it.

But when I go to http://www.LevelUnlocked.com now, it comes up with this message:

This website was set to be removed for inactivity by http://www.000webhost.com. If you own this website, click here to protect it.

Does this mean the domain will be freed up, or will it remain unavailable until it expires?

That message relates to the website that the domain went to and not the domain itself. The domain will still expire on 2012-11-12 unless the owner extend it for whatever reason or sells it before then and the new owner extends it.
