Hey bud I don't think you have the right amount of FP to be offering such services right now. You should get some more FP before making a thread like this!
Really it depends on the quality of posts and threads you're interested in. Earn some FP by doing exchanges like posting on other peoples forums, registering, facebook likes, tweets, etc. I'd say you should get about 1,000FP before you offer this service because people will do more posts/threads than you have FPs. Say you wanted 5 quality threads for 15FP that's 75FP you currently have 68FP so you would be minus FP by just one person posting or making threads on your forum.
