I have a paypal account with about 15$ in it. But it is not verified. I want to buy a VCC(virtual credit card) worth $6. The problem is....What if you're paypal doesn't get verified?
You should also know these VCC's don't last long. Paypal eventually goes through your account and then locks it asking for additional information.
If you're going to do this, you can try selling posts. For example say you'll do 150 posts for that $6 VCC. People will like the bargain and purchase it for you. 🙂
P.S: I hope you are located outside the UK, and US because it says "In case of USA (United States of America), UK (United Kingdom), Australia, and Canada PayPal accounts you may require your bank account to complete your verification". So you're gonna need a bank account too. 😛

Nope. electroman, Indians need to spend money from credit/debit card whenever you make an online payment. So, even if you got a verified paypal account, you can't use your money online.
Consider you have $50 in your paypal account, you can't use it directly online. You have to transfer that amount to your Indian bank account, and then use a credit/debit card to make online payments.
I'm struggling with this too, though i have a verified paypal. This is due to a new rule to paypal by reserve bank of India.

yes Electroman, Kavin is right us Indians can now for the time being only receive money in our paypal and then transfer it to our bank account, In order to spend money we need to use the sum in our Credit/Debit card linked to the concerned bank account.
I am also Indian and i am having this problem since three months now. Paypal has officially siad it on it's blog.
