Will you be buying the next gen consoles?

Now since 360 & ps3 been out it isn't really the next gen gaming consoles will you be buying the new xbox when it comes out? if and when it does?

When it comes out if there are some good launch games like i.e. a new TES game than probably yeah. Even though these consoles are no where near as strong as even mid range PCs, there is no way we'll be getting new consoles anytime soon. Microsoft has said that the 360 hasn't even reached the half point yet. I say late 2014-2015 is a possibility, I'll be in a completely different position at that time 😛

There isn't going to be a next generation for a long time. Microsoft, Nintendo, and Sony are all saying they will just keep adding updates to their hardware and software.

Well it just all depends. Maybe when the time comes, I will make the choice

Don't be so quick on giving up what we already have. We still have a good 3-4 years before we see anything new. Microsoft, sony, and nintendo still have a lot coming up, like the nvidia DS from nintendo, Project Natal from microsoft, and sony's new 3D gaming TV.

It took me until late 2009 to get the Xbox 360, so it'll probably take me about the same amount of time to get the fabled "new Xbox."

+1 their machines have become really advanced so making a new console so soon is a waste.

I'll likely get Nintendo's next console cause im a fan..but i won't be in a hurry. Hardly play my consoles so it seems like a waste for me to buy consoles before they coem down in price.
