Yes. Generally, if you're not offering money, then there are always going to be people who simply aren't interested in the prize. Maybe for the next contest, the original poster will offer a different prize that will interest a different group of people.

One thing I don't like about the contest is that you're getting people to make fraud accounts to boost stats. A posting contest is perfectly fine, so is a referral contest, but a fake account contest?
