Win $5 at a easy contest (over)

I started a simple and easy contest on my forum, all you have to do is guess who the blurred person is in the picture and win 5 dollars (via paypal) along with some of my forum's currency which can be used to buy PSN/Wii/Live points. But it seems nobody at my forum is good enough to guess the answer.
