.Win and .Bid Domain Extensions

They don't sound so hot in most cases. Nonetheless, you can get them for 5 years for around 6 dollars! I mean, considering the high price of domain renewal, it's a steal! So who has tried them and probably a few others that can be gotten for the same?
 
Yes, but you always going to have .com and .net and whatnot expensive since they get used allot
 
Oddly enough, after the 5 years, I think it jumps up to $25 a year, though.
 
I usually go for .com, it's great for brands and a lot more memorable for people.

Also, they seem to be kind of gambling related, it is strange how the price goes up though, maybe they think they'll go up in value after it catches on in the gambling industry?

Pretty cool value. I’m not a fan of the TLD names though. I wish someone’d just put out a free TLD with restrictions on how many one person can reserve. That would be revolutionary.
