first of all please let me say thank you for this great forum and also for the quick responses I have received for my questions so far. I hope I'm posting this in the right way, if not, please tell me what needs to be changed.
I am the admin and owner of Halo: Reach Boards and I want to take the chance to announce some special promotions going on in our forums.
What is Halo: Reach Boards?
Halo: Reach Boards is a new and still pretty small community (~180 threads, ~800 posts, ~40 members) focussing on the most anticipated gaming title this year for the Xbox: Halo: Reach (you may have guessed it :lol: ).
Halo: Reach is the last part of the famous Halo-series for the Xbox created by Bungie Studios and Microsoft and in fact it's a prequel to all existing parts (same thing George Lucas did with Star Wars Episodes I - III).
To celebrate the release of Halo: Reach on September 14th, 2010 we started three competitions in which everyone of you can participate.
Competition #1 - Who is the most constant active member?
Task: Publish 5 meaningful posts everyday, from 09/27/2010 until 10/31/2010
Prize: Buy.com gift card - value USD 50.00

Competition #2 - Write interesting posts that attract replies?
Task: Publish a thread that gets the most meaningful replies, from 09/27/2010 until 10/31/2010
Prize: Buy.com gift card - value USD 25.00

Task: Refer new active members to the forum, from 09/27/2010 until 10/31/2010
