Windows 7 Icon Size

Ok, so I was moving up on my mouse pad on my desktop and my icons got bigger. I hate how big they are now, how do I fix this on a laptop?

It is not the magnifier tool nor do I have a mouse. I have a mouse pad, scrolled up and icons got bigger

Do you have the built in scroller?
Were you accidently holding ctrl while scrolling?

I seriously wanted to slam my laptop on the ground. It annoyed me that much.
