Why does it have to be windows if you don't mind me asking? What would be wrong with a Linux based one? They are much cheaper.......
If you can do a linux one, I run a VPS with them from http://fanaticalVPS.com and found them to be quite good 🙂

It's windows because the game is a windows only game and it's mostly a test to see if it will work.
Linux wont work for this.

Uhmm just because the game is windows only doesnt mean the site wont work on Linux. Hell I would suggest using BSD over anything else.Patrick S. said:
Even if you were hosting a flash or html5 game on the site it will still work with Linux because Linux supports both flash and html5.
