WIP: Black Lamp (IPB 2.3.x skin)

While this is still not entirely done, I figured Id try and get some feedback on a skin Ive been working on (for what seems like an eternity now ...) I still need to get a decent banner made, and background image (this) needs replaced with something better. A few of the sub-pages I have yet to do. It's going to be a rhythm game based site, like guitar hero, ddr, beatmania, etc, so the graphics are somewhat geared toward that theme.

Here's the skin, Id appreciate hearing opinions! 😀
