Has anyone come across an issue with their wireless keyboard and Windows 11? My dad's keyboard has become unreliable and works from time to time. Google says that a USB 3.0 port can interfere with the signal needed for the keyboard. I'm having my dad check that out now to see if it helps.

I was going to buy him a new keyboard for Father's Day, but then saw in the reviews that even Logitech ones are having issues staying connected.

Is his computer updated to the latest updates? I don't use Windows anymore but every time I did in the past most updates seemed to fix all my issues for a while.

No, he's very bad about leaving computer on long enough to do the updates. He's 80 and forgets to leave it on.

What keyboard model does he currently use?

It's a Microsoft one. I don't know which model.

Since it's cheap nowadays, why not just get another keyboard? Plus weird. No point having a wireless keyboard if it's just sitting there, not like a mouse

Because the reviews say that users have connection issues too.
