I'm hoping I can go see Andrew Jackson Jihad when they'll be in Florida this spring, dunno where they'll be though.

😡 the ska scene near me. Seriously, we get one ska concert every few months. We got Mustard Plug in November, but I had to miss it because I was a little low on spending money. Now we have Less Than Jake next month and then NOTHING. Back home (300 miles away) we get RBF and Streetlight maybe once a year (twice for Streetlight). Otherwise NOTHING.

I know AJJ isn't ska, but I lump them into ska-type stuff since they are in that scene (skater stuff) more or less.

That sucks man there's some ska stuff here but recently haven't seen any bands playing down here I'd want to see, I wanted to go see The Toasters in October but no luck. And yeah its normal to lump them with ska, they've used a ska label for most of their releases 😛
