Technical Support: I think they only have a wiki. They may have a contact page i have never seen before though but I have never used it. If anyone knows please post below.

Pros: Its always up. It also has more themes than weebly and slightly more customizing options. Its also always up.
Cons: Its complicated and messy. I havent really liked it at all. Their simple 'Drag and Dop' editor is complicated and so are the customability options. My experience there was awful and i only stayed for about 3 weeks trying to set something up for a friend of mine. The second i saw the editor i was confused. The wiki is also fairly useless.
Final Comments: Fair warning: I havent used this host in a while but it may just be the same.
