Pros
Your forum has a nice theme, as well as graphics to go along with it. I also like the little animal you have incorporated to your forum. You calendar is a lot better than most of these I've seen. It includes the user's birthdays and maybe forum events? If not, I'd include that!
Your theme is very good, it isn't too intense and it looks good. It really fits the idea of your forum. That is also an awesome favicon.

You are fairly active, not too many users come on but when they do, you get a good handful of posts - showing they enjoy taking part in the community. You have a strong forum community and great staff.
I don't really see any spam or members arguing, your staff seem to be holding the fort down very well. For a large community like this and the # of staff you have, it is great!

Cons
You have 940 members but only 37 have been on today? That means only 3.9% of you memberbase is visiting daily. No very much - I'd promote a contest or just generally entice users to come back and post. Maybe start some tournaments or member posting contests? One thing is a forum like this should be more user run, like let users start hosting things on your site other than the staff doing everything for them. Not in a bad way, just so they connect more because it is a general chat forum.
Also, in Forum Discussions the latest post says in bold italics Protected forum?
