Womens World Cup

I haven't really been watching it, but I have been seeing highlights of it on SportsCenter. Nonetheless, I was happy to see the United States beat Colombia 3-0 yesterday.
 
Anyone watching the US/Sweden game today? It's somewhat shocking. Sweden was up 2-0 already in the 36th minute. The US managed to score a goal, but barring any major errors by Sweden, it looks like they will win this game.
 
It's not looking good for the United States. They ended up losing to Sweden 2-1. Now they will face Brazil in the quarter-finals on July 10th.
 
Brazil is a stacked team, but for some reason I have a good feeling about this next game. After all, this is the US team that beat them in the Olympics.
 
Go Japan!!! or England!!! Haven't seen it lately on ESPN highlights.
 
USA comes back down 2-1 with one minute remaining. There were bad calls for both teams. I was so excited! That was an epic win! USA, USA, USA!
 
Sweden have made real progress this world cup, which will do wonders for the womens soccer here. Which for me is a good thing 🙂
 
Are you guys going to watch the France/USA match on Wednesday? I live in the USA but I want France. LOL fail.
 
I plan on watching it too. I am still speechless from the game earlier. Talk about an exciting game and being an emotional rollercoaster all game long!
 
The United States beat France today 3-1 in the first World Cup Semi-Final. Thankfully, they didn't try to give us all a heart attack at the end this time.

Japan also beat Sweden in their Semi-Final today 3-1. The United States will take on Japan this Sunday at 1 p.m. (Central Time). Japan hasn't ever beaten the United States in Women's Soccer and no team has ever lost a game in the World Cup and has gone on to win it. The United States has a chance to do just that this Sunday.

Sweden will play France in the Third Place game on Sunday.
 
Can't wait for the game on Sunday! I hope we can pull this off and beat Japan!
 
The third place game was today. The World Cup Championship game is tomorrow at 1 p.m. (Central Time).

I can't wait for the Championship! USA!
 
Sweden took 3rd place, which I am more than happy about, good luck to the USA in the finals!
 
Yea the CHAMPIONSHIP is going on right now.... on ESPN! Woot!
