Question for those who burn wood for heat, how many of you get wood to use in your fireplaces during the winter? And how often do you use your wood for heat?

We have recently started using our fireplace to keep the house warm during the day, and am in the process of moving as much wood as I can to a dry place, to get out of the snow.

Wanted to make sure you tried looking up a percentage, as when you don't look stuff up, one thinks there are less people without it, than there really are.

I agree wit the blog, but it only heats up the one room and the extra work on keeping it going, you don't want to wake up 4am to go and feed the fire and getting wood outside on a very snow cold day.
