Woolworths closed

Are you sad to see it closed down? Did you ever shop there?

For the non-uk members here, Woolworths is a big chain of shops in the UK which has been around for almost 100 years which has now closed because of the credit crunch and not many people shopping there anymore.

Went to the one in NORWICH -D- a day before it closed down. lol

they we're trying to sell the stock shelfs, 95% of most items. ~lol~

It was a crappy shop anyway, they didn't sell good stuff in there and most of the things they sold were cheaper in other shops and online.

PC world should close - crap prices.

I really hope PC World go into administration anyway, they don't care about their customers.

I never shopped in Woolworths but it will be sad that it isn't there anymore.

My sony vaio backlight went, they were going to charge us 250 quid to fix it, but i found someone that could do it for 50, I mean, Thats just a massive differance!

Shame that Woolworths is gone. Although I never shopped there (I live in the US), I still wish it was open.

I agree, I love they way they come over to the computer section and ask you if you want help - all they do is ready the specs off a sticker.

I laugh at them becauce I quite a bit about computers.

True, I bought a PC off them once and it kept breaking so I just kept taking it back and all they ever done each time was keep replacing the hard drive. They done it like 4 times. -evil-
