Wordpress development tutorials?

Hello Webmasters!

I am familiar with web development but not with Wordpress' framework. I know basic HTML, CSS, PHP, JS, and Jquery but I have no background when it comes to Wordpress. I would like to know how to build websites or blogs using it because it seems easier and faster. I think a blog that is made using Wordpress would have better SEO.

I would appreciate it if the lessons or tutorials that you would link are free or cheap.

Wordpress itself has a lot of good documentation, including getting started with plugins. If I recall, it's fairly similar to MyBB in a lot of ways, although it's more sophisticated than it.
