[WordPress] Looking for plugin

Hello,

I'm looking for a plugin for Wordpress that allows guests to sign up and start posting there own articles (have there own account). Is there such a thing and if there is could someone please share the plugin with me.

Go to your admin panel, press Settings then General and go down to new user roles. Then change it to contributer if you want to manually approve all posts made or author if you want to let them have a free for all.
