I would go for Yoast I use them on all my 3 blogs and one of my blogs which isn't even ready yet receives some low amount of visits per day without having done any link sharing.
Which is quite good for a not finished site that is thanks to Yoast SEO already appearing for various keywords on google to people.
I haven't used the other plugin much so can't comment on that.
I think you can't go wrong with using either. Both are equal.
They are both good. But you have to remember that they are just an automation tool. You still must provide good SEO regardless of which tool you use. Use relevant keywords, links etc.
