Then what I said above is what is going on. The Akismet is protecting your blog from being spammed, that's why they keep getting placed into the spam queue.

If it was the same person then it would be a different problem, but because it's different people, that tells me that Akismet is identifying these people as spammers.

ok, what should I do is do deinstall the Askimet, is it what youre proposing? XDD

You can't uninstall Askimet on a blog hosted on WordPress .com and honestly I don't see why you would want to because it's protecting your site from spammers. It's doing its job.

The only way to get rid of it is to move to self-hosting or move to a different blog platform that doesn't have it.

So I just leave it there... weird... but its going to pose a big problem to me there.

All you do is click "Not Spam" if the person isn't a spammer and it won't put their comments in there anymore. It will eventually "learn" not to put certain people into the spam queue.

It may be a pain, but it's protecting your blog.

It may also be doing this since you're transferring your blog from LJ to WP. If you're moving comments it may be too much for the system which may be making it act whacky.

Well, in that case, it's just protecting your blog from spammers. It's not a glitch and nothing is wrong; it is just doing its job. 🙂
