What are your thoughts about working and earning money over internet for living?
I would like to leave out freelancing out of this because it is more of a lottery, there is a lot of competition and it can be quite hard to get paid at times with all the people trying to earn some money this way as well.
I am aiming for general population, those who are not IT professionals, but they know a bit about everything.
I am trying to work as a freelance writer right now. But more than anything I would love to get an actual job that would pay me to do what I like.
Lots of companies offer jobs but lots of them also require you to have a specific degree as well if you want to apply to a certain job.
I have finished food science & technology, I have bacc. degree and I am close to getting my agronomy bacc. degree as well. I love nature & science in general, but I would like to write about other stuff as well.
This can be hard at times since there are many other people who want to do the same. You have to fight your way and win over the competition.
But, do you think there will be times when you could apply for a guaranteed job and not opportunity in close future?
Everything is about internet these days, everything is on the internet and everyone is on the internet.
Could it be that sooner or later it will offer real jobs that are paid well even though you might not have degree, but you do have skills and knowledge covering certain topics?
What are your opinions on current state of internet jobs and could it change in the future?
