You really need a better banner and you also need to fill up the empty forums, however I do quite like the template you are using.

Agreed.

The picture is too small and pixelated, but a new banner would be better. You can request one here: viewforum.php?f=83

Also as sbfc, there are some empty forums that need filling up but i think you need a few more topics in some of the forums to help provide new members, something to talk about upon joining.
